Sabzazar Champions League operates this website. Contact sabzazarchampionsleague@gmail.com for privacy questions, corrections or requests to delete your account and personal information.

Information we collect

We store your name, email, password hash (not your plain password), player profile, team information, applications and login sessions. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your Google identity, name and verified email, not your Google password. Security controls use a hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit abusive login attempts.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to operate accounts, team management, rosters and event registration. Team applications share your name, email, position and message with that team's owner. Event applications share your name, email, message and chosen team with league administrators and may be delivered to the league Gmail inbox through an email delivery provider.

Team names, logos, descriptions, published formations, player roster names, positions, shirt numbers and match statistics are public. Your email address is not included on public team pages. Do not put private contact details or sensitive information in public team descriptions.

Service providers and cookies

The website and database use Cloudflare. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option. An email delivery provider processes application notifications when configured. These services may process data in other countries. Essential secure cookies keep you logged in and protect the Google sign-in flow. The website does not currently use advertising cookies.

Live match broadcasts

When an administrator chooses Go live, camera and microphone content is shared publicly through LiveKit. Viewers connect to LiveKit to receive video and audio; connection information such as IP addresses is processed to deliver the stream. SCL does not enable automatic recording. Broadcasters should obtain permission from participants, including guardians where appropriate, before going live.

Retention and your choices

Account and league records are kept while needed to operate the league. To request access, corrections or deletion, contact the league; we may need to confirm account ownership. Public results may be retained as league records. Session cookies expire after eight hours, and expired session records are periodically removed.

Young players and updates

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information or applying to an event. This policy will be updated when website practices change, with the update date shown here.
